This tiny tin carries the taste of home. It is filled by women beekeepers in our village who harvest honey just once a season when the wild sage and coffee flowers are in full bloom. The honey is creamy and dark, perfect for stirring into tea or spreading on warm chapati. The tin is small but mighty, fitting easily into a handbag or gift basket. Locals say one spoonful of this honey cures a tired throat and brings back the smell of rainy season in the countryside.
